Very Berry Smoothie

Frozen or canned berries are perfect for this smoothie. Look out for specials at the supermarket.

  • Throw bananas, berries, yoghurt, honey, and milk into a blender.
  • Yum - breakfast in a glass!
  • If you don't have a blender, mash fruit together then put everything in a shaker - shake until fluffy, pour and enjoy.
  • Tip:Use 1 can drained boysenberries instead of frozen berries.
