Chicken Salad Wrap

Simple recipe for a healthy, tasty lunch to go!

  1. Lay the spinach wrap on a board and spread with the mashed avocado.
  2. Place lettuce, grated carrot, red capsicum and Wattie’s Shredded Chicken with Lite Mayo across half of the wrap.
  3. Starting with the filling side, carefully roll the wrap to enclose the filling. Cut in half. Wrap in a paper napkin or lunch paper.

Tip: Hummus is a tasty alternative to avocado.

1/4 avocado, mashed with a squeeze of lemon

3/4 cup finely sliced iceberg lettuce

3/4 cup grated carrot

1/4 cup thinly sliced red capsicum

85g can Wattie’s Shredded Chicken with Lite Mayo
