What does an old dairy ,a menswear store, and a butchers have to do with craft beer? Nothing, except for being converted into a brewery, the birthplace of Mata. In her hometown of Kawerau, 2005,Tammy, through a labour of love and passion for craft beer brought Mata to life .In 2018 the family brewery was moved to Whakatane .Tammy with the support of her team continues to create and brew an innovative range of award winning beers and much loved ciders.
