Our lucky tasters spend much of their time combining different ingredients to develop new and exciting ways to tempt your tastebuds. Wyke Farms signature tangy, hand made farmhouse cheddar, made from milk sourced from local dairy herds then blended with a delicious sweet and tangy confit of caramelised onion.
