FAQs:
What is the most important part of a stir fry? Making sure the Wok or frying pan is very hot! Stir frys get their delicious flavour from high heat cooking!
How do you keep the beef from getting tough in the stir fry? After cooking the beef, remove it and then cook the vegetables. This will ensure that the beef doesn’t get overcooked. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the beef back in to make sure everything is hot when you serve it.
