Chicken Caesar wrap
Chicken Caesar salad is an absolute classic — so why not put it in a wrap? These wraps are full of flavour and are so easy to make and customise. We use plain white wraps, but you can use any wrap you prefer.

- Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat.
- Once hot, add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and season with salt and black pepper while still hot.
- Add your bacon rashers to the pan and fry until crispy. Cook bacon in batches if it doesn’t all fit in the pan.
- To assemble, lay a handful of cos leaves on a wrap, top with 1/6th of the chicken, 2 rashers of bacon and a generous drizzle of Caesar salad dressing.
- Fold in the “bottom” of the wrap, then fold in the sides and enjoy.
