Chicken Caesar wrap

Chicken Caesar salad is an absolute classic — so why not put it in a wrap? These wraps are full of flavour and are so easy to make and customise. We use plain white wraps, but you can use any wrap you prefer.



  • 6 plain white wraps (or any wrap you like)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 600g chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 12 rashers of streaky bacon
  • 120g bag of baby cos lettuce
  • Pams Fresh Express Caesar Salad Dressing
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat.
  2. Once hot, add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pan and season with salt and black pepper while still hot.
  4. Add your bacon rashers to the pan and fry until crispy. Cook bacon in batches if it doesn’t all fit in the pan.
  5. To assemble, lay a handful of cos leaves on a wrap, top with 1/6th of the chicken, 2 rashers of bacon and a generous drizzle of Caesar salad dressing.
  6. Fold in the “bottom” of the wrap, then fold in the sides and enjoy.
