
Oat Cookies

- Prep time: 15 minutes | Cooking time: 18-20 minutes
This is a very quick and easy cookie recipe. It only takes a few minutes to weigh up and mix everything together, roll into balls and bake.

Ingredients
125 g melted Pams butter
1 cup Pams sugar
2 cups oats (milk oaties or porridge oats)
½ cup Pams plain flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp Pams baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Scoop out teaspoonfuls of mix, roll into balls and place on the baking tray.
Bake for 14 minutes and then transfer onto a wire rack to cool.
