Oat Cookies
This is a very quick and easy cookie recipe. It only takes a few minutes to weigh up and mix everything together, roll into balls and bake.

- 125 g melted Pams butter
- 1 cup Pams sugar
- 2 cups oats (milk oaties or porridge oats)
- ½ cup Pams plain flour
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp Pams baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Scoop out teaspoonfuls of mix, roll into balls and place on the baking tray.
- Bake for 14 minutes and then transfer onto a wire rack to cool.
