Oat Cookies


  • Serves Makes 18
  • Prep time: 15 minutes | Cooking time: 18-20 minutes

This is a very quick and easy cookie recipe. It only takes a few minutes to weigh up and mix everything together, roll into balls and bake.

Ingredients

  • 125 g melted Pams butter

  • 1 cup Pams sugar

  • 2 cups oats (milk oaties or porridge oats)

  • ½ cup Pams plain flour

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • 1 tsp Pams baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

  2. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Scoop out teaspoonfuls of mix, roll into balls and place on the baking tray.

  3. Bake for 14 minutes and then transfer onto a wire rack to cool.
