Pams Chicken and Salsa Tacos

Chicken and salsa tacos make for a great, fun, family meal or a superb meal for any social get-together.



  • 12 taco shells
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 500g chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 red capsicum
  • Coriander
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

  1. Heat oil in a ridged frying pan over high heat, and brown the chicken on all sides. Let sit for five minutes, and then cut into pieces.
  2. Finely chop the tomato, avocado, capsicum, coriander and red onion and mix together.
  3. Add a dash of sweet chilli sauce. Place the chicken, cabbage, carrot, salsa, grated cheese, sour cream and coriander in the middle of the table along with warmed taco shells. Everyone makes their own.
