Pin Wheels
A quick and easy festive dish to put together to share with friends and family.
Ingredients
Method
- 3 wraps
- 100g lite cream cheese
- 1 avocado
- 150g cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 frilly lettuce
- Spread the wraps with the light cream cheese, spreading right to the edge
- Lay out the shredded chicken, slices of avocado and lettuce evenly over on the bottom half of the wraps
- Roll the wraps up, cover and pop in the fridge to chill for about ½ hour (if you have time to do this, if not, skip the chilling)
- Remove the wraps from the fridge and slice into wheels, about the same size as a piece of sushi
