Pita Chips

An alternative to potato chips.

Ingredients

  • 5 pita breads

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • Salt

Method

  1. Cut each pita bread into 6 triangles, then halve each triangle at the base.

  2. Arrange the pita triangles on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper.

  3. Brush each triangle with the olive oil and season with salt.

  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 mins or until they are crisp.

  5. Serve with dip or hummus.
