
Pita Chips

An alternative to potato chips.
Ingredients
5 pita breads
¼ cup olive oil
Salt
Method
Cut each pita bread into 6 triangles, then halve each triangle at the base.
Arrange the pita triangles on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper.
Brush each triangle with the olive oil and season with salt.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 mins or until they are crisp.
Serve with dip or hummus.
