- Pams Ready Rolled Flaky Puff Pastry
- Tomato Paste
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- Ham, shaved or pieces
- Olives, sliced
- Mushrooms, diced
- 1 egg, lightly beaten

- Remove from the freezer and cut the roll into 2cm rounds. Brush each round lightly with the beaten egg.
- Place the rounds on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, or until pastry is puffed and golden.
- Stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Tips and FAQs
If you have extra time, you can refrigerate the pinwheels for 1-2 hours before cutting instead of placing them in the freezer.
These are ideal for using up leftover meat or veges, like leftover ham, chicken, mushrooms, capsicum etc. You can add any fillings you like!
How long can you keep pizza pinwheels in the fridge?
These pinwheels will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be reheated in the oven or microwave. They can also be frozen after cooking. Allow to cool and then pop into freezer bags.
How do you get pinwheels to stay together?
Chilling them is what helps the pinwheels stay together. If the dough is too warm the pinwheels will fall apart when you cut and cook them.
