Real fruit Ice-cream

You can’t beat REAL FRUIT ice-cream! This delicious (and easy) recipe has no added sugar and it’s a creamy frozen treat that you and the kiddies will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks

  • 2 cups of frozen strawberries

  • Cones or bowls to serve

Method

  1. Place the banana chunks and strawberries into a food processor and blend until smooth. You may need to wait a minute or two for the fruit to soften slightly before blending.

  2. Scoop the fruit ‘ice cream’ into a cup or cone and serve.
