Also known as ice cream floats, these classic fizzy drink treats are sure to bring a sparkle and smiles to kids parties.

Ingredients

  • Cola

  • Vanilla ice-cream

Method

  1. Place a large scoop of vanilla ice-cream in a tall glass.

  2. Pour over cola until the ice-cream floats to the top.

  3. Serve with a spoon and straw. Top tip: Swap cola for your favourite sparkling drink - these spiders are delicious with creaming soda, raspberry or lime flavoured fizzy drink.
