
Swiss-Style Bircher Muesli

This tasty bircher muesli will have you fuelled for sport, school or work. Make the night before so it's ready to go in the morning.
Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup yoghurt
1 apple, grated (core removed)
¼ cup sultanas
Method
Mix together rolled oats, yoghurt and grated apple.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning stir in sultanas
For a change try dried apricots or chopped nuts instead of sultanas.
