At PAK’nSAVE we are passionate about providing you with the highest quality fruit, vegetables, meat and seafood. We are so passionate about quality that we guarantee it! If you find any of our fruit, vege, meat or seafood isn’t up to scratch, let us know and we will refund or replace it for you.
Terms & Conditions
Foodstuffs North Island Limited (Foodstuffs or we) will refund or replace any fresh product purchased from the produce, bakery, butchery, deli or seafood departments (Fresh Product) in PAK’nSAVE stores in the North Island where the Fresh Product is not of an acceptable quality.
This includes purchases made online through paknsave.co.nz (the Website) or through the PAK’nSAVE mobile application (the App), where the purchase is from a North Island PAK’nSAVE store.
If you think your Fresh Product is not of an acceptable quality, you can either:
a) If you purchased the product in store, bring the Fresh Product purchased and receipt of the purchase into the PAK’nSAVE North Island store you purchased the item from, no later than 3 days after the date of purchase: or
b) If you purchased the product online through our website or app you can either take it back to the store in line with option (a) or contact the PAK’nSAVE customer service centre no later than 3 days after the date of purchase of the Fresh Product and provide a receipt of the purchase and photographic evidence of the product quality issues.
If Foodstuffs agrees in its reasonable opinion that the Fresh Product you purchased is not of acceptable quality, we will either replace the Fresh Product or refund the price paid for the Fresh Product, at your option.
This Fresh Guarantee in respect of North Island PAK’nSAVE stores is in addition to the obligations that all Foodstuffs’ PAK’nSAVE stores have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and all applicable laws in relation to the sale of goods sold at those stores.
Foodstuffs reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
