Is Click & Collect available at my local supermarket?

Online shopping is available at most PAK'nSAVE stores across New Zealand, except Levin, Wairau and Gisborne.

Is grocery delivery available?

To keep prices low, we focus on Click & Collect - so can swing by your nearest store to pick up your groceries.

Do you have same day pick up?

Yes! Many North Island stores offer same-day Click & Collect. You can book these timeslots when you checkout online.

Where do I pick up my order?

Stores usually have dedicated Click & Collect parking bays, drive-throughs, collection lockers, or collection counters. Check your confirmation text message or email for details.

Are online prices the same as in-store prices?

Yes! You still get Extra Low and great low prices across all groceries online.

How far in advance can I order?

If you need your groceries fast, you can use the same-day timeslots available at some stores, but if you're a savey shopper who likes to plan ahead, you can book a timeslot up to seven days ahead. At certain times throughout the year, like Christmas, we may offer early timeslots where you can book up to 6 weeks in advance. Remember you can edit your order up until the day before. What if I need to cancel or change my online shopping order?

If you want to change your timeslot or edit your cart, you can do so before your Order Cut-Off Time. The cut-off will vary determined by your local store.
