
Berry and banana smoothie

A berry and banana smoothie is a great (and tasty) way to up your daily fruit intake.

Ingredients
1 cup Pams Smoothie Mix
1 banana
1/2 cup of fresh strawberries or berries
2 scoops low fat vanilla ice cream
2 cups Pams Slim Milk
2 tablespoons Pams Creamed Clover honey
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender, process until smooth, pour into glasses and enjoy.
Tip:
Replace the ice cream with natural yoghurt for a breakfast treat.
