Berry and banana smoothie

A berry and banana smoothie is a great (and tasty) way to up your daily fruit intake.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pams Smoothie Mix

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries or berries

  • 2 scoops low fat vanilla ice cream

  • 2 cups Pams Slim Milk

  • 2 tablespoons Pams Creamed Clover honey

  • A squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender, process until smooth, pour into glasses and enjoy.

Tip:

Replace the ice cream with natural yoghurt for a breakfast treat.
