Berry and banana smoothie
A berry and banana smoothie is a great (and tasty) way to up your daily fruit intake.

- 1 cup Pams Smoothie Mix
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries or berries
- 2 scoops low fat vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups Pams Slim Milk
- 2 tablespoons Pams Creamed Clover honey
- A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Back to ingredients
Place all ingredients into a blender, process until smooth, pour into glasses and enjoy.
Replace the ice cream with natural yoghurt for a breakfast treat.
