Chicken Salad Wrap
Simple recipe for a healthy, tasty lunch to go!

- 1 spinach wrap
- 1/4 avocado, mashed with a squeeze of lemon
- 3/4 cup finely sliced iceberg lettuce
- 3/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red capsicum
- 85g can Wattie’s Shredded Chicken with Lite Mayo
Back to ingredients
- Lay the spinach wrap on a board and spread with the mashed avocado.
- Place lettuce, grated carrot, red capsicum and Wattie’s Shredded Chicken with Lite Mayo across half of the wrap.
- Starting with the filling side, carefully roll the wrap to enclose the filling. Cut in half. Wrap in a paper napkin or lunch paper.
Tip: Hummus is a tasty alternative to avocado.
