
Chocolate, Nut and Marshmallow Fudge

This chocolatey fudge is irresistible! It's super easy to make, no baking required. The perfect treat for birthdays or an afternoon tea.

Ingredients
¾ cup Pams Evaporated Milk
1¾ cups Pams Sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1½ cups Pams Pink & White Baking Mallows
1½ cups Pams Dark Compound Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon Pams Vanilla Essence
Method
Combine evaporated milk with sugar and salt. Bring to a boil; simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in nuts, marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla.
Line a 30cm square dish or pan with baking paper and pour in the mixture.
Refrigerate for 2 hours until set, then cut into squares.
