Chocolate, Nut and Marshmallow Fudge

Chocolate, nuts and marshmallow all make this an irresistible treat!



  • ¾ cup Pams Evaporated Milk
  • 1¾ cups Pams Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1½ cups Pams Pink & White Baking Mallows
  • 1½ cups Pams Dark Compound Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Pams Vanilla Essence

  1. Combine evaporated milk with sugar and salt. Bring to a boil; simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in nuts, marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla.
  3. Line a 30cm square dish or pan with baking paper and pour in the mixture.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set, then cut into squares.
