Chocolate, Nut and Marshmallow Fudge

- ¾ cup Pams Evaporated Milk
- 1¾ cups Pams Sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1½ cups Pams Pink & White Baking Mallows
- 1½ cups Pams Dark Compound Chocolate Chips
- 1 teaspoon Pams Vanilla Essence
Back to ingredients
- Combine evaporated milk with sugar and salt. Bring to a boil; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in nuts, marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla.
- Line a 30cm square dish or pan with baking paper and pour in the mixture.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until set, then cut into squares.
