Boysenberry and apple crumble

Try this easy and delicious boysenberry and apple with a coconut crumble!



  • 2 apples peeled cored and sliced
  • 1 cup Pams Boysenberries
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup Pams Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup flour (plain or wholemeal)
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 4 tablespoons reduced-fat spread (or butter)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  1. Cook apples and berries in the microwave or on the stove top until apples are soft.
  2. Mix in lemon zest and juice and place the mix into an oven proof dish.
  3. Place oats, flour, coconut, cinnamon and spread in a bowl, use fingertips to rub in spread until mixture is well combined.
  4. Top the berry mix with crumble mix.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 or until crumble is golden brown.


You can use frozen or canned berries. Just be sure to drain canned berries before you cook them.
