Garlic butter prawns

Throw a prawn on the barbie! This super easy and tasty recipe is a winner for your summer BBQ. This salad is part of the Eat Well This Summer For Less menu.

  • 500g Raw Prawn Cutlets
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 2tbsp Butter
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1tsp Dried or Fresh Parsley

  1. Add the prawn cutlets to wooden skewers, if using frozen prawns, allow to defrost first. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a small bowl, add crushed garlic cloves and parsley, mix to combine.
  3. Brush the prawns with the butter and garlic mixture.
  4. Cook the prawns on the BBQ or large frying pan for 2-3 minutes each side.
  5. Serve with a sprinkle of extra parsley.
