Garlic butter prawns
Throw a prawn on the barbie! This super easy and tasty recipe is a winner for your summer BBQ. This salad is part of the Eat Well This Summer For Less menu.

- 500g Raw Prawn Cutlets
- Salt/Pepper
- 2tbsp Butter
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1tsp Dried or Fresh Parsley
- Add the prawn cutlets to wooden skewers, if using frozen prawns, allow to defrost first. Season with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a small bowl, add crushed garlic cloves and parsley, mix to combine.
- Brush the prawns with the butter and garlic mixture.
- Cook the prawns on the BBQ or large frying pan for 2-3 minutes each side.
- Serve with a sprinkle of extra parsley.
