
Garlic butter prawns

Ingredients
500g Raw Prawn Cutlets
Salt/Pepper
2tbsp Butter
2 Garlic Cloves
1tsp Dried or Fresh Parsley
Method
Add the prawn cutlets to wooden skewers, if using frozen prawns, allow to defrost first. Season with salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in a small bowl, add crushed garlic cloves and parsley, mix to combine.
Brush the prawns with the butter and garlic mixture.
Cook the prawns on the BBQ or large frying pan for 2-3 minutes each side.
Serve with a sprinkle of extra parsley.
