Grazing platter
Feeding a crowd? Throw together this platter in minutes with seasonal fruit and your favourite cheese.

- 1x Baguette
- 1tbsp Oil
- Salt/Pepper
- 1tsp Dried Parsley
- 4x Carrots
- 250g Salami
- 2x Camembert Cheese
- 1 Punnet of Cherry Tomatoes
- 500g Hummus
- 1x Rice Crackers
- 1x Gourmet Crackers
- 300g Green Seedless Grapes
- 1 Punnet of Strawberries
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Slice the baguette into thin rounds, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper and add a pinch of dried parsley. Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes, until crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Peel and slice the carrots into sticks. Slice the salami.
- Assemble the platter with the crispy baguette slices, sliced salami, camembert cheese, cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, hummus, rice crackers, gourmet crackers grapes and strawberries.
