
Grazing platter

Feeding a crowd? Throw together this platter in minutes with seasonal fruit and your favourite cheese.

Ingredients
1x Baguette
1tbsp Oil
Salt/Pepper
1tsp Dried Parsley
4x Carrots
250g Salami
2x Camembert Cheese
1 Punnet of Cherry Tomatoes
500g Hummus
1x Rice Crackers
1x Gourmet Crackers
300g Green Seedless Grapes
1 Punnet of Strawberries
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Slice the baguette into thin rounds, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper and add a pinch of dried parsley. Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes, until crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Peel and slice the carrots into sticks. Slice the salami.
Assemble the platter with the crispy baguette slices, sliced salami, camembert cheese, cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, hummus, rice crackers, gourmet crackers grapes and strawberries.
