Grazing platter

Feeding a crowd? Throw together this platter in minutes with seasonal fruit and your favourite cheese.

  • 1x Baguette
  • 1tbsp Oil
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 1tsp Dried Parsley
  • 4x Carrots
  • 250g Salami
  • 2x Camembert Cheese 
  • 1 Punnet of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 500g Hummus 
  • 1x Rice Crackers 
  • 1x Gourmet Crackers 
  • 300g Green Seedless Grapes
  • 1 Punnet of Strawberries

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Slice the baguette into thin rounds, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper and add a pinch of dried parsley. Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes, until crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  3. Peel and slice the carrots into sticks. Slice the salami.
  4. Assemble the platter with the crispy baguette slices, sliced salami, camembert cheese, cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, hummus, rice crackers, gourmet crackers grapes and strawberries.
