Grilled vegetable skewers

- 1 Capsicum
- 2 Courgettes
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Punnet of Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt/Pepper
- Dice the capsicum, courgettes, and red onion into even sized pieces.
- Add the capsicum, courgettes, red onion, and cherry tomatoes to wooden skewers.
- Drizzle the vegetables with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on the BBQ for 8-10 minutes and serve hot.
