Raw broccoli salad
Load up on your greens with tasty broccoli salad. With sweet pops of cranberries and creamy dressing, this is a winning side dish for summer. This recipe is part of the Eat Well This Summer For Less menu.

- 2 Broccoli
- 1 Red Onion
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Honey Mustard Dressing
- 1 Lemon
- Salt/Pepper
- 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- Dice the broccoli florets and stalks in small pieces, add to a large bowl.
- Finely dice the red onion and add to the bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, honey mustard dressing and a squeeze of lemon juice to a small bowl. Mix well to combine, season with salt and pepper. Add to the broccoli and red onion. Toss well to combine, refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve topped with dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
