
Sweet sticky chicken nibbles

A quick and easy dish to serve a crowd. Everyone will love these moreish chicken nibbles. This recipe is part of the Eat Well This Summer For Less menu.

Ingredients
2kg Chicken Nibbles
Salt/Pepper
1/3 cup Dark Soy Sauce
4 Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Oil
Method
Add the chicken nibbles to a large tray or bowl, season with salt and pepper.
Add the soy sauce, crushed garlic cloves and brown sugar to a small bowl, mix well to combine.
Pour the marinade over the chicken nibbles, toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to cook (preferably overnight).
Grease the BBQ with oil or butter and cook the chicken nibbles until golden brown and fully cooked in the middle, turn often.
Serve hot.
Note: The chicken nibbles can be cooked in the oven if preferred; 180°C for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown and caramelized on the outside.
