Sweet sticky chicken nibbles
A quick and easy dish to serve a crowd. Everyone will love these moreish chicken nibbles. This recipe is part of the Eat Well This Summer For Less menu.

- 2kg Chicken Nibbles
- Salt/Pepper
- 1/3 cup Dark Soy Sauce
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Add the chicken nibbles to a large tray or bowl, season with salt and pepper.
- Add the soy sauce, crushed garlic cloves and brown sugar to a small bowl, mix well to combine.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken nibbles, toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to cook (preferably overnight).
- Grease the BBQ with oil or butter and cook the chicken nibbles until golden brown and fully cooked in the middle, turn often.
- Serve hot.
Note: The chicken nibbles can be cooked in the oven if preferred; 180°C for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown and caramelized on the outside.
