Honey Glazed Carrots
An easy and healthy side dish - these steamed carrots have a sweet glaze that everyone will love.
- 5-6 carrots, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh parsley, to serve (optional)
1. Steam the carrots until just cooked.
2. Drain the carrots and add the butter and honey to the saucepan; stir gently to coat the carrots.
3. Can use fresh parsley as a garnish when plating carrots.
