- 5 pita breads
- ¼ cup olive oil

- Cut each pita bread into 6 triangles, then halve each triangle at the base.
- Arrange the pita triangles on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper.
- Brush each triangle with the olive oil and season with salt.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 mins or until they are crisp.
- Serve with dip or hummus.
