Summer Berry Instant Ice Cream

This strawberry ice cream is great for a summer dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries or frozen mixed berries

  • 1 cup icing sugar

  • 1 cup yoghurt

Method

  1. Place the frozen strawberries in a food processor and process using the cutting blade.

  2. While the berries are being processed add the icing sugar and then slowly add the yoghurt until an ice cream like consistency is reached.

  3. Serve immediately in chilled dishes.
