Tomato, Cheese and Basil Sticks
A healthy snack to make that doesn't cost the earth. Great for occasions where you need to bring a plate.
Ingredients
Method
- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
- 1 basil plant
- 1 pot of mini mozzarella balls
- Thread a cherry tomato, piece of cheese and one or two basil leaves onto a cocktail stick or short kebab stick and voila!
Not a fan of mozzarella? Any type of cheese you like will work with these really – feta cubes, tasty or colby all taste great!
