Very Berry Smoothie

Frozen or canned berries are perfect for this smoothie. Look out for specials at the supermarket.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 cup frozen berries

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened yoghurt

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 cup milk

Method

  • Throw bananas, berries, yoghurt, honey, and milk into a blender and whiz it all together. Yum - breakfast in a glass!

Tip: You can also use 1 can drained boysenberries instead of frozen berries.

If you don't have a blender, mash fruit together then put everything in a shaker - shake until fluffy, pour and enjoy.
