White Washed Potatoes kg

White potatoes are the ultimate all-rounder. Smooth, creamy and incredibly versatile, they’re a kitchen staple that works with just about any meal. Different from Agria potatoes (which have yellow-brown skin and floury texture) make white potatoes your go-to for boiling, frying, mashing or roasting. ● Packed with: Fibre, potassium and vitamin C. ● Cook options: Boil, roast, mash or fry. ● Prep process: Just give it a good wash and peel if you like, but skin on works too. Meal inspiration: ● Potato-topped fish pie: Tender fish and vegetables in a creamy sauce, topped with a fluffy mashed potato — total crowd pleaser! ● Herby green potato salad: Level-up your potato salad with parsley, basil, chives and a pop of crunchy celery. Storage tips: Keep white washed potatoes in a cool, dark and dry place in a well-ventilated container. If the potato is green, soft, wrinkled or has heaps of sprouts, toss ‘em!
