PAK’nSAVE Tauriko Local Promotion Terms & Conditions:

Promoter: The Promoter of this competition is Morrison holdings Limited trading as PAK’nSAVE Tauriko

Timeframe: Promotion is valid between 8am Monday 1 December 2025 to 9pm Sunday 11 January 2026 (Promotion Period).

How to Enter: You will receive one entry into the draw if you:

1. spend $50 or more instore (Click & Collect excluded) in a single transaction at PAK’nSAVE Tauriko (excluding spend on Christmas Club deposits, gift cards, prepaid debit cards, travel card top ups, phone card top ups, tobacco products, liquor products, rug doctor products, account payments, New Zealand Lotteries tickets and purchases paid for through charge accounts) during the Promotion Period; and

2. You write your full name and contact number on the back of your receipt from the single transaction and place this into the official Prize Draw Box at the Customer Service desk for your chance to win a MG3.

PAK’nSAVE Tauriko Staff members and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

Prize Draw: On the 12th of January 2026 at 12pm, one (1) winner will be randomly drawn out from all eligible entries by a delegated PAKnSAVE employee.

The Winner will be contacted the same day. The winner will be contacted by phone on the phone number provided. If unable to be contacted on the phone number provided after 3 attempts, a new winner will be drawn. The Promoter is not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted following the draw due to incorrect or out of date contact details.

Prize Value: There is one prize of a MG3 car (“Prize”)

Prize conditions: The Prize winner must collect their prize from PAK’nSAVE Tauriko. Prize cannot be received as cash or bank transfer.

Agreements: Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions. PAK’nSAVE Tauriko reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition at any time. This competition may have additional or amended terms and conditions and wherever possible the additional terms and conditions will be posted at the customer service desk.

All entries remain the property of PAK’nSAVE Tauriko. By entering this competition you agree to allow PAK’nSAVE Tauriko to use your name, photo, hometown and image for publicity purposes and to contact you on the given number. You agree to make yourself available for publicity photographs relating to the competition. Contact information will be kept confidential and only used for the purposes of conducting this competition. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://www.paknsave.co.nz/privacy-policy) will apply to all personal information that we collect from you. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020.

This promotion is run independently by PAK’nSAVE Tauriko and is not in association with Foodstuffs North Island or the wider PAK’nSAVE Group.

Disputes and liability:

In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the competition including eligibility the decision of PAK’nSAVE Tauriko will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by PAK’nSAVE Tauriko will be entered into.

Subject to any applicable laws, PAK’nSAVE Tauriko, Foodstuffs North Island Limited and its employees and agent will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the Prize.
