Pork Portion Sizes Per Person | Pork Shopping Guide
Pork portion sizes
When you’re buying pork, the amount you purchase will depend on several factors, including how many people you feed, if side dishes are to be served, and whether the meat is boneless.
Where pork is the main dish, paired with sides, allow 225g of raw pork per person. For bigger appetites increase this serving size to 300g per person. If using diced or minced pork in a dish like curry or stir fry allow 115-150g per person.
